What you actually receive
Every FlightModels™ aircraft is a die-cast metal model with a painted airline or military livery, supplied with a display stand. The size you order is the size you receive. Our two main sizes are:
| Size | Length | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 20 cm | approx. 8 inches | Desks, shelves, collections of several aircraft |
| 47 cm | approx. 19 inches | Display pieces, feature shelves, gifts |
Some aircraft are also offered at 45 cm or 50 cm; the exact length is stated in the product title and on the product page. See the size guide with comparison photos →

Our guarantee, in plain words
- Damaged in transit. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we replace it.
- Lost in transit. We reship or refund once the carrier confirms.
- Wrong item. We send the right one and provide the return label.
- What it doesn't cover. Our guarantee is for items that arrive damaged, don't arrive, or aren't what you ordered. It isn't a change-of-mind policy, and it doesn't cover size — which is why we state the length in every product title and publish a size guide. Full terms: shipping & returns.
