From start to finish, the customer service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. A rare find! The LED 747 open model of Air Force One now lives in our Aerospace Engine Shop Lobby. Already purchased our next one! Thank you Shop Flight Models.

communication very impressive, the model exceeded my expectations. Great company to deal with.

I was greatly pleased with the quality of the product. What I appreciated more was the way Flight Models was so responsive to my inquiries. They provided the proper tracking information and accompanied me through the process until the product reached my door steps. I am glad to have their models on display and will gladly do business with them in the future.

Product is great! Amazing detail and have already had compliments and asked where to buy! Little shipping mix up that was handled without frustration. I will continue to shop here.

I have searched the internet looking for high quality detailed aircraft models, and these are by far the best choice! I'm very happy with the metal and quality. Customer service is also top notch! I plan on eventually having the whole collection. Highly recommend.

Thank you for my recent purchase. I ordered an SR-71 Model and wow, was I surprised. The model fit every expectation I had. The quality, the appearance and the size, was great. I appreciate the quality of products you guys do. I am a lover of planes and I for sure will be coming back to purchase more.

Thanx again

To say that I am impressed is an understatement. The models were perfect and extremely detailed. They are perfectly weighted to be displayed on the display stands that comes with each model. All my models are displayed in my library. For those who are on the edge whether this is real or not, fear not and get them. There was tracking provided and I could track the shipment from pickup to delivery. Above all the vendor is responsive and responds in a timely manner. I highly recommend this vendor to friends and family. As a matter of fact I might upgrade to larger models now that I have seen how perfect these models were.

Great Quality, Customer Service and careful packaging.

To the vendor: Thank you

The models showed up in good time. They look amazing. Exactly what I would expect for 1:100 scale. The details are stunning, especially on the AN225 and the A10 I ordered. Their customer service is top notch!!! Extremely quick responses and the team behind the flightmodels email was wonderfully professional.

Highly recommend purchasing any of their models for your collection.
